Requirements:

• The duration of the exhibition will not be able to be inferior to 1 month.
  It will be necessary to send a map from the room or premises of exhibition, indicating the accesses, the windows, lighting, etc
  The place of exhibition has to be placed on foot of street.
  The goods vehicle has to have access until the place of exhibition.
  The borrower entity will take care of the surveillance as well as of the conservation of the exhibition.
  Any damage or alteration of the materials will communicate immediately to the Gothic Room service person in charge.
  The borrower entity will not be able to manipulate the assembly or be able to alter the order. If for any motive this was unavoidable, it will be communicated in the Gothic Room service, from where the procedure will decide to being
  It will be necessary to celebrate an act of inauguration (or of ending) of the exhibition, which will be coordinated with the IEI’s travelling exhibition person in charge (Mrs. Mercè López).
  In the case of difusión in the media (press, serials, posters...), the logotypes of the Diputació de Lleida and IEI as organizing entities will always have to appear clearly and in visible place.  To the requests attention will be paid by order of request.
