Activities and Comunication Service

The Service is in charge of organising the cultural timetable of the Institution, keeping in mind the different activities proposed by each Department and Section, technical Services as well as the Direction of the Foundation.
In order to plan the activities, the Service is in contact and collaborates with the rest of the cultural institutions of Lleida's regions..

Activities:

Management and coordination of activities.
Management of public spaces of the IEI (Aula Magna, Sala de Col·loquis, gallery spaces and outside patio).

Comunication and external relations:

The Service of Communication and External Relations, is responsible for maintaining a link between our institution and other institutions or entities. Is in charge of relations with the media and the institutional organization of activities outside the headquarters of the Institute; the development of content for communication products as well as to take care of the protocol in which the acts participates our institution as well as to ensure the institutional image of our Foundation.
