The External Activities and Diffusion Service of the Fundació Pública  Institut d'Estudis Ilerdencs is in charge of organising and dealing with  aid, subsidies and grants addressed to cultural initiatives carried ut by different institutions, associations, entities and citizens of  Ponent's regions (in catalan)
